Hydraulic Systems BU

Two modern facilities in Lainate (Milan) and Padua, dedicated to the design, production and approval testing of power units, manifolds and cabinets.

Fields of application

Our power units are produced to the specifications of our customers, the leading OEMs in the industrial, recycling, power generation, heavy industry, offshore and Oil & Gas sectors.
In industry, Hydraulic Systems BU solutions are used in a range of fields: from machine tools to presses, and from machines for processing rubber and plastics through to paper machines.

Using modern 3D design processes, combined with the specific expertise of a highly qualified technical team, each complex systems project takes shape through constant dialogue with the customer.

Detailed analysis of applicable legislation and order specifications ensures that every power unit, manifold or cabinet is created in compliance with the strictest requirements and specifications.

WE CREATE ADVANCED SYSTEMS

We combine the efficiency of modern industrial processes with the passion and attention that an artisan adopts in every single aspect of their work.
Assembly is simplified for easier replacement of any part during maintenance.
Coating processes are handled in-house, with a range of colours, all guaranteeing compliance and high-performance in terms of coverage, durability and health and safety.
We also work with carefully selected certified suppliers, particularly for more extreme coating cycles.

Approval testing

Checks and final approval testing are an essential stage in production.
This process involves a detailed and mandatory checklist, ensuring that every system has a declaration of compliance.
We are pleased to be able to invite our customers to attend during the approval testing stage, allowing them to verify that the system meets all established requirements in person.

Expertise is evaluated not only when the ideas for an advanced engineering project take shape but also when the ideas for the hydraulic power unit become reality and, above all, as the conditions of the installation change over time.
