The Duplomatic ECL3 and ECS3 electric cylinder range is designed to deliver high performance in the most demanding industrial applications.

Available in different sizes and configurations, the cylinders feature an ISO 15552-compliant interface, allowing easy integration into newly designed machines or retrofit applications. Motion transmission through ball screws ensures high precision, long service life and high mechanical efficiency. The ECS3 series, thanks to its larger ball screws, is specifically designed for heavy-duty applications and the transmission of particularly high loads.

The range covers a wide spectrum of applications, from linear axes to electric presses, assembly systems, forming, testing and high-force handling machines. The ECL3 and ECS3 series are available with thrust forces of up to 120,000 N (120 kN), providing an efficient and precise solution to replace traditional hydraulic and pneumatic systems in many applications.

The cylinders can be equipped with brushless servo motors and a complete range of servo drives available with 60 VDC, 230 VAC single-phase and 400 VAC three-phase power supplies, meeting the requirements of low-, medium- and high-power applications. The drives can be controlled via simple digital inputs/outputs (I/O) or through the main industrial communication protocols, including EtherCAT, PROFINET, CANopen, Modbus RTU and EtherNet/IP, ensuring seamless integration with PLCs and automation systems at any level.

Functional safety is another key strength of the solution. The servo drives integrate the Safe Torque Off (STO) function, certified SIL 3 – Stop Category 0 and compliant with IEC 61800-5-2:2007, helping manufacturers achieve machines that meet the highest functional safety requirements while simplifying the architecture of safety circuits.
