DESCRIPTION

The EWM-S-AA digital control board is a positioning controller designed for the precise stroke control of a hydraulic actuator equipped with an analogue position sensor (0–10 V or 4–20 mA). It is ideally suited for driving proportional and servo-proportional valves with integrated electronics in closed-loop systems. The module enables reliable and responsive control, with an output configurable via software in either voltage (±10 V) or current (4–20 mA).

Thanks to the integrated motion profile generator (SDD/NC) and advanced deadband compensation, the EWM-S-AA ensures accurate, stable and repeatable motion.

The device includes an input for an external velocity command, making it suitable for applications that require dynamic profile control. All operational parameters can be easily set using the EWM SmartManager software, available for download on this page. Configuration is performed via the front-mounted USB port, allowing for fast commissioning, real-time diagnostics, and signal monitoring.
